CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTS
|
We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic and well presented people for positions as checkout operators as well as positions in our fresh produce, delicatessen, grocery and dairy/freezer departments. Our philosophy is that all staff are customer service representatives, each with a different secondary role whether it be operating a cash register with a smile or displaying only the best quality fresh produce. We welcome staff of all ages and experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to all our customers
•Process customer purchases
•Operate the cash register
•Keep your area clean, tidy and safe
•Replenish stock
•Assist with merchandise display
•Assist in the preparation of products
Supermarket experience is not necessary as full training is provided, however the ability to provide excellent customer care is essential. You must have the ability to work unsupervised, have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. There are flexible working hours that range from 10-35 hrs per week and early morning, evening and weekend shifts are available. |
